Hello! My name is Katherine and I am from the Bay and currently attending UC Davis. From a young age, I've always kept myself busy by taking up art hobbies or finding new DIY projects, but I knew that I wanted to start my own business and work on a project that could make a difference. When an opportunity presented itself to help contribute to the school's rebuild, I decided to start a business with handmade products to raise money for the cause.
about the cause
Growing up, I was told stories about the struggles my parents faced both in Cambodia and America, having to flee their home country and navigate an unfamiliar one on their own. I am aware how very lucky I am to live in and receive an education in America. Therefore, turning back to my roots, I want to do what's in my ability to give young Cambodian students more opportunities and chances for success.
